Rare: Most children begin teething about 6 months, but 2 months not unheard of. More probably an enamel pearl, a small calcified nodule that erupts and falls out. Take your child to a pediatric dental specialist (pedodontist), as opposed to general dentist, general physician, or pediatrician, for examination.
