Hemmorhoid: After a bout of constipation getting a hemorrhoid is not unusual. As long as it does not leader is not painful there is no problem. To prevent yourself from getting more do not sit on the toilet and read a magazine or newspaper and try to have a high fiber diet to prevent more constipation.

What causes a very severe pain in the anus area coupled with light headedness and a feeling of fainting. It has happened without any warning about 10 times at irregular intervals. I have normal bowel movement and no constipation.
