URI/allergies: For the watery eyes, runny nose an antihistamine is best. For the pain and discomfort of the headache and earache, an analgesic like Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen is helpful.

Cold: If you don't have hypertension, any cough and cold medication should do, a saline nasal spray will help with the nasal congestion and headache.
