Maybe,maybe not: Your age is listed as 49 and the target population for this vaccine is 9-26 yrs. Generating protective antibodies to the 4 strains in the vaccine is useful to those approaching the sexually active years, but of limited value to those already exposed.Insurers seldom cover it over 26 and it is an expensive series.I consider it a good vaccine with > 30 years of research behind it. Your call.
