Brain Over Von Braun: Use of the human brain,long neglected as an instrument of detection in Medicine--in favor of all kinds of technological"wonders."-When asked why we didn't send robots into space, Wernher Von Braun said that humans were much easier and cheaper to produce. That may not be the case over the next 20-30 years, but right now I'd put my money on a good clinician trained well in history and physical exam.
