See MD right away: Jaw pain associated with exercise may be referred pain from your heart. I would recommend you see your physician immediately! avoid any strenuous activity until then! it could also be a dental problem associated with increased blood pressure, so don't panic, just have it checked out right away. If no medical issues, see your dentist.

Left sided?: Left sided jaw pain with exertion can be the only sign of insufficient blood supply to the myocardium, which can lead to heart attack. See your MD ASAP (or ER) to rule out cardiac problems. If negative, see your dentist or oral surgeon to check out your jaw.
