Infections: Prevention especially in children , at 48 ideally get vaccinated 2 wk before surgery if possible , are prone to encapsulated organism infections. Pneumovox , Meningococcal vaccine and booster every 6 yrs. Flue vaccine every year. It is advisable to take prophylactic antibiotics even for trivial infections is advised
