Could be any: Any of the more than 80 different strains, many of which can affect the genitalia. One of the important reasons for use of condom protection, which in itself is also not perfect.

Same as girls: Men and women carry the same types of hpv. Hpv-6 and hpv-11 are the most common low risk types (low risk = risk of warts but low risk of cancer). Hpv-16 and hpv-18 are the most common high risk types (higher risk of cancer). It is recommended that boys get the hpv vaccine as well now.
