Phimosis: Makes foreskin retraction ; hygiene difficult or impossible. Unpleasant for sex. Increases risk for std. Increased risk of cancer of cervix in female sex partner due to poor penile hygiene. May respond ro treatment with prescription strength steroid cream, eg Betamethasone or kenalog (triamcinolone). May require circumcision.
