It doesn't: The research and evidence is conclusive that there is no causation between vaccinations and autism. There continues to be misunderstanding and fear in the general population about this. All physicians that i know have their children vaccinated, and there is no controversy in the medical community about this. Please discuss this clearly with your family physician.
