Sure: Unless you have severe phimosis (tight foreskin) preventing foreskin retraction ; trial of prescription steroid cream failed to correct problem. Most normal people are apprehensive about forthcoming surgery ; more so if surgery is being performed on their genitalia. Suggest you discuss your concerns with the proposed surgeon before you actually cancel. Good luck.
