Yes: Only if it involves the female or male genital tract which is not common in the us , more common in other countries. Exremely rare.

Yes: ....But very unlikely. Tb (tuberculosis) is primarily a respiratory infection, however, extra-pulmonary (outside of the lungs) infections can occur. If such and infection occurred in the reproductive organs, infertility theoretically could happen. Such an infection would be extremely rare.
