Yes they can: In most cases, they will help alot. It depends on the type of hearing loss you have. Go to an ENT doctor for an exam and hearing evaluation. They can, based on the test, make a recommendation about hearing aids. You get a 30 day trial period with hearing aids so you can then judge for yourself if they help enough to warrant the expense.
