Will find out soon!: Usually expiration dates are more like "sell by" dates. If it was sealed, didn't taste fermented or bad, the bottle wasn't distorted or compromised, you should be just fine. You might have a bit more gas/flatulence for the next day or so...But that is to be expected with prune juice.
