Some: You will need to satisfy the basic requirements to apply for dental school. Physics has been one in the past. You need to check at the individual school to see what they require.

All the sciences: Not just physics. Much of dentistry is applied bio-physics, microbiology, and chemistry. Beeing conversant in the basic sciences makes it easier to understand and apply the concepts of dental medicine and dental surgery, which go hand-in-hand.
