Check pulse: Rapid heart rates(over 100/min) can be caused by fever, anxiety, excessive caffeine or alcohol, or overactive thyroid. Truly rapid heart rhythms should be checked by ekg. Pains in the upper chest are nonspecific but more info is needed.

Hello I have been having problems with sleeping, peeing a lot lately, lots of fatigue, muscle weakness, heart racing, chest pains, shakiness, pain in back sides and a burning sensation there too??
