Probably okay, but..: Interaction between Aspirin and Lexapro that inhibits the uptake of serotonin in platelets and therefore makes it more likely for there to be an upper G.I. Bleed associated with Aspirin use. There are also potentially significant interactions between Lexapro and wellbutrin (bupropion), (bupropion) Lexapro and tramadol, and wellbutrin (bupropion) and tramadol. Combination of medications should be monitored closely by your doctor.
