Infection?: Your ear is inflamed, but whether this is due to infection cannot be diagnosed long distance. Get this looked at by a doctor and treated appropriately. Good luck.

Possible: Red, swollen, tender, fever and getting worse are signs. More likely if not done with sterile technique!
