Suture granuloma?: Surgical wounds are usually closed with some sutures underneath the skin. The suture material is supposed to be dissolved by your body without problems. Sometimes an inflamed scar can form around this suture material and our body tries to push it out. See the OB doctor for follow-up on this to determine what may be going on.
