NO: Most the time you need oral antibiotics and sometimes you need i ncision and drainage to drain the puss out.Lacal antibiotics like neomycine etc should not be used.

NO: A single, isolated boil will heal faster when it drains. If it does not drain on its own, hot soaks may help. A dr can drain it with simple surgery. Antibiotics do not help. Miconazole is for yeast ; fungus, not boils. The other 2 should never be used on skin because they are useless that way and are prone to cause allergic reactions.
