Itching no rash: Commonest cause of itching without rash is dry skin.Other is scabies which is ccaused by a mite which buries under the skin and causes intense itching
other rare causes are liver and kidney diseases
you can consult your family doctor or a dermatologist to find the cause.

See a dermatologist: There are a variety of possible causes. You need to be seen soon. You should bring copy of any recent blood tests. Bring all recent meds, vits, herbs. When did you begin keflex? Why? How long mirena (levonorgestrel)? Any history of liver or gall bladder or kidney disease? Fevers? Large lymph nodes? Do not delay getting attention. It is serious.
