Go to the hospital: This could be a vast number of things. The incontinence and back pain could be anything from cauda equina syndrome to an abdominal mass, and with coughing up blood, it is even more concerning. I urge you to go to the er. If it is cauda equine, it is a surgical emergency, but this would not cause coughing up of blood. Have you been taking nsaids for your back? These can cause ulcers too. Go to er.
