My husband has a vertigo, fever and diarrhea he never had vertigo before we also had a car accident few days ago we have whiplash syptoms any advise?

You should see a Doc: He may have simply just be suffering from symptoms from whiplash, which can include vertigo. However, the addition of fever and diarrhea complicate the issue. He could be having anything from a viral illness to a reaction to new medication. I would recommend a thorough history and physical exam with a physician to make sure something was not missed after the accident or new issues as above.
