Likely dehydration.: Dehydration causes one to be very dry. This is often accompanied by dark and infrequent urine and constipation. If you don't have any of those sx and you are sure you are not dehydrated, then it may just be a sensation related to the way you are breathing, one of your meds - inhaler? Or a salivary gland problem.

Drink more water: With your history of breathing difficulty and the med Clonazepam will cause you to have a dry mouth. Are you a mouth breather? Drinking 8 glasses of water will definitely help big time. Drink 2 in morning before bkfst, 2 before lunch, 2 before supper and 2 before bed.
