i have been coughing up clear phlegm with lots of brown spots in it at least 10 times a day, what could this be?

Pulmonary: Do you have a fever? Do you have a history of asthma. If not it sounds like allergies. Do you work around a lot of dust or mold? Sounds like you are being exposed to something in the environment. Wearing a mask might help. If this doesn't get better soon you should see a doctor.
