Physics: The wrong torque at the right moment will do it. I have seen many fractures in healthy people that seemingly should not have occurred but when the angles and forces and torques line up just right...Snap. This of course includes that you are otherwise healthy and had no underlying reason to have your bone break more easily than another's.
