No, hard to know: This is not "the flu" as that refers to influenza, which has high fever, sore throat, cough, few GI symptoms ; you're bedridden, feeling like you were hit with by a truck. This could be "stomach flu" a GI virus that's quite different from influenza, or a parasite, h. Pylori, other bacterial infection or food poisoning. No way to know if it will make you vomit. If not better soon see a doctor.
