Sinusitis: It looks like you have a sinus infection. You need to see your doctor as soon as possible, if you are prone to sinus infections, you need to see an allergist to determine if allergies are triggering them and you may need a rhinoscopy and/or ct scan to determine if there is an anatomical obstruction. An ENT should help with that. You may also need to have your immune system checked if all neg.

Infection?: You could have a small pimple at the entrance of your nose or a sinus infection. I suggest doing saline rinse of the nostrils (you can get ocean spray, netti pot or similar devices to help) and also to see a doctor to evaluate it to make sure it does not need antibiotics.

Chronic sinusitis: Is a common inflammation of the maxillary sinuses over the period of 3 months. Symptoms are: discharge from the nose (bad smell), pain under the eyes, fatigue, anxiety. If the condition is not responding to the pharmacological treatment, surgery is a good option. Re, see ENT for further investigation.
