Don't panic!: It's ok. A tampon can only go in the vagina and it doesn't get "lost". You should be able to reach it with your finger especially if you are sitting or squatting and bear down. At worst you can see a doctor and she will remove it. Don't wait more than 6 hours or you could become ill. It happens all the time and there is no need to be embarrassed.
