Work with doctor: Clomid (clomiphene) is very effective but does not work for everyone. The key is to keep close follow up with your doctor and do to you day 21 blood Progesterone test. This test tells you if Clomid (clomiphene) caused ovulation or not. The next steps infertility treatment depend on that test result.
