See an Orthopod to -: Start a pt program to gently stretch and strengthen the back muscles, as weak back muscles do hurt. Take some nsaids to get some pain relief as well. Swimming with back strokes specially will be helpful to strengthen the muscles. I am sure you'll do well with these measures. Good luck.
