Modified plasma: Contrary to what people believe, the vagina doesn't increase secretions with arousal, instead it just decreases its usual resorption of fluid by altering the effectiveness of ion channels. The vessels draining the vagina constrict as well so reabsorption is inhibited. Essentially it is plasma, but many of the ions are absorbed. The cellular components cannot penetrate through capillaries.
