Watch closely: You always have to think about an appendicitis with right sided pain. A ruptured cyst could also cause this sort of pain but will usually gradually improve. There are many other less common possibilities. If it doesn't start to improve or you get other symptoms (like fever, nausea, vomiting) you will need to be seen.
