Need more info: That BP is not especially alarming, and many things can raise BP such as pain, anxiety, caffeine, nicotine and alcohol. Also headaches are common, and usually from benign causes. But "the worst headache of your life" or headaches associated with neurological changes (slurred speech, vision changes, loss of function, etc) should be checked out right away.
