Get seen right away: There are alot of possibilities most of which are bad. Go see your pcp first. Usually if your doctor calls a specialist, you can get seen pretty quick.

Need to be seen soon: Very worrisome problem that needs immediate attention. While a thorough eye evaluation us reassuring, things outside of the eye can cause vision loss. Your profile mentions amaurosis fugax so you already have problems with blood flow. You could be having mini strokes to the part of the brain that controls vision. Also some conditions like vasculitis can affect vision. Get in somewhere right away.
