Yes Will Be OK: Until the skin heals the issue with hurting with smiling and binding will be there. This is normal and as long as the skin heals good you should be ok once all healed up.

Burn on Face: I would use aquaphor on the burn twice a day until the burn heals. If you fell there is an infection see your doctor asap.
