A member asked:

A bb sized lump in the scrotum, against the shaft of the penis. no pain, no symptons, been there for atleast 1, 5 year. no growth, what is it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See urologist: Benign growths in the scrotum often occur and often are spermatoceles. However i advise having a urologist check you to be sure. If it is needed an ultrasound of the testicles is an easy procedure which identifies the type of growth present.
