What if i don't have a seisure during my 48 hour eeg right now?

May not matter: These 'long' seizures are typicallly there to capture an event. So as you ask, what happens if you do not have an event? There still may be abnormal electrical activity detected that does not manifest a full seizures (interical activity), this is important to know as well.
