Not sure: I have heard of "scotopic conditions" and "scotomata," but I have never heard of "scotopic sensitivity syndrome." Who told you that you have this condition? Why don't you ask him to explain himself? Scotopic conditions may indicate damage to the rods and cones of the retina and a possible paraneoplastic retinopathy. Ask the doctor who used this terminology with you.
