What is the cutting of my cornea. so what are the procedures to lift your eyelid and is it painful at all?

Needs clarification: The cornea is the clear part of your eye, cutting of the cornea will happen from trauma, or surgical procedure for corneal issues. The eye lid is totally different part of the orbit not the eye ball. The eye lid lift or blepharoplasty tend to not be that painful.
