Stop menses: While not advisable on a long-term basis, taking extra estrogen (or 2-3 birth control pills a day) will stop the bleeding from your period. Expect it to possibly restart, when you stop the hormones.

Yes: Start taking regular ocp. This will slow them and stop eventually.
