What is known-it is a medium blood vessel disease vasculitis in children. Not contagious. Diagnosed by symptoms of fever, red eyes, red tongue, swollen hand; feet, neck lymph node. Main concern should be the coronary artery inflammation. Rx is high dose Aspirin and immunoglobulin.
