Technically yes: However, this is not common for the average person with herpes. Excema herpeticum is the more widespread eruption of herpes that can be seen in patients with bad eczema o atopic dermatitis. Also, those who are immunosuppressed can have more severe presentation of herpes. Seeing it all over the body is not likely though.
