Extremely rare: Such widespread herpes is extremely rare, and occurs only in people with advanced immune deficiency or certain skin conditions, such as widespread eczema. If you are generally healthy, there is no chance you have widespread herpes.

Technically yes: However, this is not common for the average person with herpes. Excema herpeticum is the more widespread eruption of herpes that can be seen in patients with bad eczema o atopic dermatitis. Also, those who are immunosuppressed can have more severe presentation of herpes. Seeing it all over the body is not likely though.
