Hi so recently ive been experiencing some discomfort should i say in my cervix it kinda feels like its distended and i have to keep my feet crossed tight to feel comfortable i feel no pain when peeing and have a clear discharge and had bf finger me?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It is unlikely that you can "feel" your cervix. The issue may be with your vulva or vagina. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferab;u a gynecologist. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
