Addictions: Most addictions are an avoidance of what is troubling you in your life, ask yourself what you may be avoiding. Confide in those close to you and put a block on porn sites and share your plan with someone close to you. Best.

Real love: A talk -- maybe just a short one -- with your doctor and perhaps a low dose of a SSRI might be a start. But I'll bet you know the real answer -- find somebody special with whom you can share real love. These goofy fantasy scenarios and perfect bodies are a dead end if you're seeking any lasting fulfillment. But you know that. Be brave, get into situations in which you might meet people & be glad.
