12 step and therapy: Hello, the way that I have seen patients overcome an addiction to porn is to join a twelve step group for sex addiction (e.g. Saa or a faith based 12 step group called "celebrate recovery). The other component is to see a psychologist or other type of therapist to explore what the porn addiction means in the life of that person and how to cope and heal.
