How come my elbow hurt when i do tricep workouts like extensions?

Tendinitis : When you do triceps extensions you are working muscles/ tendons about the elbow that can cause pain. The triceps itself on the back of the elbow can get irritated. More commonly , however , the 'power grip' used to do triceps extensions can result in lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow )esp. If u have just begun lifting or increased the # of workouts or wt. U are lifting. Rest, nsaids , ice . Gl!
