HDL Cholesterol: Not sure why you would be concerned. High is good. There really is no 'too high' for this molecule.

Good: Hdl or good cholesterol, is favorable if it is higher than 40, however it is usually higher in women. It is considered a protector against heart disease. Low HDL is a risk factor for heart disease
