See your primary doc: Chest pain with exercise can suggest a heart problem. There are, however, other causes like gastric reflux (heartburn), muscular strain, or costochondritis. Since pain with exercise (exertional chest pain) can represent a life threatening situation, I would advise a complete cardiac workup by your primary care doctor or cardiologist.
